You are bidding on a fantastic almost new matt brown TOGGI country coat thats smart enough to wear in town. It is in a size XL and totally waterproof. The raglan sleeve style gives a more flattering fit and it has a covered vent at the back for more room when sitting and a drawstring to pull the waist in against the weather! There are two big flap pockets (great for stashing chocolate in) and two more zipped pockets on the chest, fleece lined, to keep your hands warm! It has TOGGI embroidered on the back of the funnel collar and contrasting tan, soft suede, on the inside. It has TOGGI embridered again on the waist inside the coat, has a beautiful gold quilted lining to the top half & a zipped inside pocket. There is also a detachable hood. Attention to detail is fantastic, from the stitching to all velcro fastenings which have TOGGI impressed on them. Hi I bought these new and have barely worn them as in reality I have no horse, don't go for country walks and they are not smart enough for work. DOH! The size is 42 and looking at the toggi sizing chat (link below) that makes them size 8 -8.5. That suggests maybe getting a bit bigger size as I am a 7 or 8 generally depending on fitting. They are fleece lined and leather outside. As you can see from photos as new really. Nice boots just wrong person and a shame for them to not be worn. Toggi Long Riding Coat. Size L - () This coat has been used a few times and has some marks on it (mud!),  I have tried to get it off as best I can. Other than that all poppers and zips are in working order and there is no tears. The collar is detachable and one of the elastic hooks is broken which goes around the button to hold it on. There are five all together so it stays on ok - could be replaced/mended. There is plenty of life left in it.

Long waxed jacked with double breasted press studs for keeping out wind and rain. Has Velcro straps to go around legs to stop the jacket flapping and also keeps the jacket secure when riding. It has an expandable piece with extra press stud at the back to allow you to sit comfortably in the saddle. Faux fur neck which can be removed, with suede effect collar underneath. Needs rewaxed as wax is patchy due to cleaning before putting up for sale. Also small hole in 'cape' part over shoulders which does not affect the waterproof ability as this is separate to the main body of the jacket. Details about   Stockman Riding Coat

This is my lovely old Stockman coat which I never used for riding (although that is what they are designed for), but instead I used it as a warm, waterproof coat for driving a vintage car.  There is no size label that I can see but I am 5'11'' and a size and it is generous (you could fit a chunky jumper underneath).  Lovely patina with the inevitable frayed cuff (see photo) but all in all great condition with all the poppas working.  The coat is heavy so postage is quite high but you are welcome to collect.

Details about   STOCKMAN’S RIDING COAT, LEATHER

Offered is a Brown, soft long leather Stockmans  riding coat, almost like suede. It was made for Rediscovered Original s. It is based on the Driza-Bone Australians Stockman’s coat and is exactly the same style with caped shoulders, press stud fastenings, rear vent and leg ties but please note it is  NOT A Driza-Bone. This coat was made a number of years ago by Rediscovered Originals and cost £. It has hardly been used, is in excellent condition and has not been worn for 7 years. The warm Thinsulate lining is in unmarked condition and there are no rips or tears to the quality leather and no prominent marks/stains. There are a few crinkles in the leather towards the bottom of the coat, due to it being too long to hang straight in the wardrobe,but this does not detract from its overall appearance. It is labelled Large and it measures 25 inches from arm pit to armpit and 51 inches from top of the shoulder to the rear hem. It is a generous Large to allow a   jumper underneath etc. This coat will certainly set you out from the crowd and after attending   winter race meetings and County shows (The only time it has been worn) I never saw another one like it. A great chance to own a classic piece of clothing at a knock down price. Please see photographs for more details and feel free to send any questions.
