All Thorowgood saddles feature a quick change gullet bar system which enables you to alter the width of your saddle to best fit the profile of your horse’s withers. If you have a round cantled saddle, then your saddle will be fitted with an  ‘R’ type gullet bar. The following sizes are available: White - Extra Wide Red  - Wide Blue - Medium Wide Black  - Medium These gullets have come out of new saddles for customers I have changed the gullet for. They can therefore not be classed as new but do not have wear and tear on them.

This saddle has not had much use as you can see in the photograph but has been in storage in while and has some small scuffs to the pommel and flaps, hence the low start price for a good modern saddle, which are seen in the photographs.  These do not affect the saddle.  In overall useable order.  Just needs a bit of a clean. Included FREE is a black cob size bridle and a FREE pair of close contact synthetic stirrup leathers. Please see our other items for sale.
