Sweet iron French link with copper lozenge middle. Loose ring snaffle. 5 1/2 inches Brown bit guards attached but are easy to remove. Well used bit so has some marks and scratches, as can be seen in photos. Check out my other items as I've just sold my horse so have loads of items to get rid of.   This is a french link mouthpiece but with a difference - a lozenge rounded shape has been created in the centre. This lozenge further disperses pressure and creates a more fluid and smooth shape in the mouth,  making communication easier and thus acceptance of the bit much more achievable. Furthermore, this bit is made from a compound named 'Argentan' which has similar properties to copper in that it encourages salivation,  acceptance of the bit and therefore aims to produce a better ride.
