This is a whip has been used and cared for over very many years, it was never a prop or decorative item but used at it should have been and cared for as an item of riding equipment should be.   Condition: Excellent just showing the signs of use with the patination that only comes with years of use and care.   I will send it by tracked and signed for courier at a cost of £5.00, Very well packed.
