My daughter recently bought this item for her 15'2 mare, unfortunately it is too small, leading her to put this item up for sale. It is bran new, literally tried on once. The size guide suggests that if you have a chunkier breed horse then you should go for the next size up, for example a 14'2 Connemara would be best suited to a 15'2 garment. This is a lovely hood, such a disappointment that it did not fit. The picture on the package shows that the hood has no ear pockets, however it does have ear pockets to keep your horses ears nice and clean too.
