Triple cat pen 12 ft x 12 ft.

There are three cat pens, which access a corridor at one end with a door to the outside. Each pen has a sleeping area which is 30 inches above the floor and an exercise area, the sleeping area is lined with rigid white plastic and contains a panel heater, double socket, cat flap, small window and a door which is vented. The exercise area has a walkway from the cat flap to an ascending slope to floor. There is lighting within the pens. Around the outside of the pen are removable windows The roof is felted above the sleeping area, polycarbonate sheeting is above the exercise area. There is also a net which covers an outside area (like a fruit frame)so cats can go out if they want to. The overall condition is very good and usable but will have to be dismantled by collector. There is not a price attached to this item but a serious donation to Worthing Cats Protection would be appreciated.
