Stainless steel buckles and billet hooks.  Good quality English black leather.  Measures approx 37" (top of bit ring to bit ring over poll) shortest with approx 4" of adjustment on both sides so could go to 45" max.  Throat lash and cheek pieces are 1/2" leather.  All stitching and leather in excellent condition.
