It has been sitting in a box ever since so has a little surface rust on the chain and the leather could do with some oil.   The nose band is sheepskin and its fully adjustable so would fit a wide variety of breeds. bought for my horse, but no longer needed as he has moved onto loose ring snaffles in his training, barely used, no marks, scuffs, dirt, damage nothing, the reins are full size english leather show reins and have never been used. The hackamore which is true english leather, has a padded noseband for comfort, and a padded leather curb chain for a humane effect, very difficult to find with this sort of curb chain attachment.
