I bought this saddle and bridle a few years ago hoping my son would enjoy riding, but it wasnt his thing.  They have only been used 3 times and then left in my tack room.  The stirrup rubbers have perished, but other than that its in excellent condition.  The set includes saddle, stirrups,  good quality throwgood girth, black leather pony bridle and bit.

Good quality (used) English leather  saddle 16" made by Gallop. I bought this saddle for £250 two years ago and have used it intermittently when I had a horse of the appropriate size, when not in use it has been stored and cleaned correctly. The saddle already had the brown streak where the leg sits on the saddle flap, I meant to use a bit of black leather dye but honestly it didn't really bother me and I never got round to it. The main thing is that all the stitching and attachments are in place and in good working order. It is a comfortable saddle with well padded knee rests and the saddle straps are lined with good quality texture material for added durability and strength. As it is used there are some scuffs but only what you would expect from placing it on the ground from time to time and again nothing that would detract from general appearance or more importantly use. The bridle is new, in that it has never been used, it is decent quality leather and comes with brand new rubber reins and a 5" German hollow mouth snaffle bit, which is a kind starters bit for the horse. However please note the flash strap has been lost in storage It is a simple strap to replace and I will put a strap in which will work until you can get a replacement. Many people ride without. I am selling as I am retiring and will no longer need a range of tack  so get yourself or a loved one an excellent Xmas present, no reserve priced to sell. Happy bidding.

Your bidding on a Shetland sized Libby's bridle. The bridle is used and missing a cheek peice. The buckles are starting to show some rust but still useable. There are a few blobs of paint on the bridle but I am sure would come off with a scrub. A nice bridle and with a replacement cheek would be in full working order.
