A set of four travelling boots designed by the top showjumper Nelson Pessoa and manufactured by his company. Quality boots with a tough outer waterproof material made of Basillic nylon and have nylon linings. They are non- slip and cover the leg including hock, knee and coronet band. The bottoms have an extra layer of tough rubber around to prevent injuries from over-reaching. They have a fibre filling to cushion the legs from injuries. With contour shaping for the legs and thick, long Velcro fastenings to ensure they won't come undone, these are top of the range travelling boots and retail around £. The set is in Pony size and have been worn a few times, but are sold in excellent condition. They have a little staining inside, but have been washed. In an attractive grey with Fuschia pink writing and edges, they also have "Pessoa" monogrammed around the edges in pink.

GREAT SET BLACK TRAVELLING BOOTS – COB SIZE – GOOD CONDITION These travel boots are made from tough black nylon fabric with a foam rubber filling and lined with navy blue fleece type fabric. The back boots measure 70cm (27”) top to bottom back seam and the front boots measure ”) top to bottom back seam. I used these on my 16hh Andalusian and they fitted him perfectly. These boots are now surplus to requirements. They are in good condition BUT there are scuffs from normal wear, the lining is faded and one back boot has some small holes in the lining and the other has some minor damage to the bottom edge – see photos. The Velcro straps are in good condition and the boots are still reasonably rigid. They are clean and I always washed them after each use. Having a tack room clear out please see other items I always try to describe sale items as accurately as possible, if you are unhappy with the item please contact me. Payment please within 48 hours of auction end otherwise I will relist. Navy travel boot by shires, they come as a set of 4, (they are rolled up in the picture, sorry) the back boots have still got the label on (BNIB) although the front pair have been worn once and then washed, so there may be bits of hay stuck to the velcro, no rips holes or wear, velcro very strong, they are marked up as M (medium) although I was promised they would be fine for 12.2, he wore the fronts on the hind leg, he is only a little section B, I have now got a smaller set, these are now surplus to requirements. These travel boots are just sitting in my cupboard so need a new home. They are in pretty good condition generally although one does have a bit of damage on the inside (shown in the one photo) which does not affect the use. The boots are easy to put on and are quite robust and have plenty of life left in them, they are a smart green with navy binding. Postage is not Royal Mail but Hermes tracked. Please see my other items as I am having a big clear out!
