Unfortunately this saddle is surplus to requirements as whilst it fits the pony, it doesn't fit the child it was intended for! It is in extremely good condition and as the photos show is leather with serge panels and synthetic flaps so is the best of all worlds! It has a wide gullet & wide panels to distribute the weight of the rider away from the spine, and is designed to fit awkward-shaped native ponies with broad flat backs & no withers. I do not have space in my tack room for all the saddles that I have found really useful and comfortable so am having a clear-out and getting rid of everything very cheaply! I have listed this item elsewhere so may end the auction early, but I am happy for anyone near to RG9 to view it, or else to try it on. I myself have had a nightmare with various courier companies that claim to not be able to find the house or find anyone at home, so I am happy to send at cost via the buyer's preferred company, in the meantime I will list P+P as £15, but it could well be less

Selling my Saddle Company GP Cob Verona Saddle, it is dark brown in colour, seat size 17 inch and has point and balance straps fitted to help with stability on the round cob types. It is made to fit my very wide, short backed, 14.2 hh cob but these saddles are easily adjustable by your saddle fitter. It is in a good used condition, like a fool I did not use buckle guards and as you will see in the photo, one of the undersides of the flaps has a hole worn through, however, this would IMO be easily patched by a saddler and it has not gone all the way through to the outer flap (though it is very thin in that small area). So saddle flaps have normal wear from stirrup leathers and there are a few marks on cantle and gullet.... Normal wear for a 6 year old saddle. I have tried my best to remove the hair from the underside of the surge saddle panels, as for best possible fit I often used the saddle with no numnah and just a small anti slip pad but please be aware there are some hairs in the underside of the saddle. I have tried to show every possible part of the saddle in all the photos. Only selling as our main discipline is now dressage and need to get a new dressage saddle. Either cash on collection from Fawkham in Kent or PayPal only please. No returns offered so please make sure this saddle is right for you before bidding.

Saddle Company GP 17.5  Brown, Med Wide, 6 in inside gullet, 9in D to D ring, it is on med wide at the moment but these saddles are fully adjustable.This saddle is leather and a suede seat and knee rolls. The saddle is in excellent condition, there is a minor scuff on the leather strip under the cantle, but in no way affects the use of the saddle I am being completely honest, and it is not on the suede part of the cantle and hardly noticeable. I  have tried to photograph it. It has usual stirrup marks. It is a very comfortable saddle to ride in it has surge lining on the base, the stuffing is in perfect condition. The Saddle Company saddles are built on the Tree Tec injection moulded plastic tree, which ensures symmetry in manufacture and an even weight bearing surface for the horse. Ive showjumped and evented with this saddle. I originally bought it made to measure for my 15.1hh arab x until she was retired. I had it altered with a local saddle company fitter to fit my 16.2hh ex racehorse who has very high withers and quite dipped on the shoulder. I have owned this from new and used it a my show saddle. It is in good condition with the normal wear and tear you would expect on the lower flap although tidy enough to use as a show saddle. This is advertised elsewhere.
