It comes with an antique name plate for Bruce Smith who also owned the riding crop which has a silver sleeve with a dedication that says 'BRUCE SMITH R.N.W.M.P REGINA SASKATCHEWAN CANADA October '. Each silver sleeve has an English hallmark for London . On the back of the handle is a brass Royal North West Mounted Police badge. I guess the plaque must have come off his office door! Whip is 49cm long plus the flexible whip section at the end.                      l
