Plaited browbands made with 3 strands. All our plaited leather browbands are made from J E Sedwicks leather, the same top quality English leather as our bridles. These are made from 3 strands of leather, 7/8ths wide at the ends with the plait being about the same width, both will take a 1 1/8th wide headpiece. Really lovely pattern,  these have shaped ends and each of the 3 strands has a line creased down the centre, they are just very smart looking browbands, posher than my other ones I have been making this year. In stock and ready to go. _________________________ About us and our work. All our bridlework is made from J & E Sedgwicks leather, a very fine quality English leather. It has a very deep durable finish which does not mark as easily as some other leathers. All our work is handstiched, which is far better than machine stitching which readily unravels. Hand stitching with two threads passing through every stitch is much safer. The bridlemaker is City and Guilds Level 3 (Advanced) bridlemaker, know for high quality work.
