It does have a few hairs on the underside, and the straps have been removed. The pad has a neoprene type rubber The pad is similar to a Barnsby or Nuumed anti-slip, with a grippy, shock absorbing panels on the tops, and a soft, absorbent underside. Ideal for horses who are flat-backed or low in the withers, as it helps prevent the saddle from slipping. The pad measures 65cm long (along the 'spine') and 56 cm deep.
