This is a new unused Antill English leather working hunter/GP saddle. As the Antill saddlery closed many years ago it has slight marks from storage I bought it for my youngster but sadly it doesn't fit. BS Standard mark stamped on stirrup bars, Antill English Leather England under stirrup flap (see pic) and Antill logo stamped under flaps. It is 17.5inch seat and 9 inch d to d. This is a bespoke hand made English saddle of a Stubben design. It was initially made as an exhibition piece.  It has been used, however only very lightly. It just has the normal smoothing around the stirrup leathers. I have had it inspected today at TC Robinsons Billinghay Lincoln and it passed with flying colors.   It is a 17" saddle with a medium size gullet, if you require more measurements please ask. Also included are: The stirrups and leathers A sheepskin cover Leather girth Red Numnah Full harness including platted rains and bit. It has a very nice headband.  Padded Trident bag to fit the saddle. If you would like to view it you are very welcome. I am just down the road from RAF Scampton.  This has to be pickup only I don't want to risk it in the post anyway you may want to bring your horse to ensure it fits correctly. This is a dark brown english saddle, see pictures for makers plate. 16 inch pommel to cantle, front to back. 16.5 from stud to middle of cantle. Approx 8 ins Dring to Dring. I would think it is a medium fit. Only for sale as is one of a multitude of saddles bought to try for our large donkey, but this is too forward cut for her. It is a used saddle with a few nicks in underside nr gullet, could do with a stitch or two on top too,  and has a few scratches, but this is only cosmetic, see pics, if you wanted to have it repaired it would be a small inexpensive job. If you are not fussy about appearance this is a ready to go saddle, with lovely soft leather. These english saddles go on forever, no returns, if it doesnt fit you will have to resell it. Will be sent by my hermes courier. Free postage!

Made from best english leather with reverse hide on seat and knee panels. It is an ideal Lead Rein show saddle. It has never been used but has suffered a sctatch in our house move shown in pic two.

The end is missing off the stirrup bar on the right side, but this doesn't effect the saddle use in any way. Nice looking saddle, ideal for show ring, hardly any where on the flaps.
