This is a TOKLAT MYLER pelham bit. =pelham. 04=comfort snaffle low port. 7=5.5". The comfort snaffle low port mouth piece has a barrel in the centre to sit comfortably on the horses tongue, it has a low port to allow a bit (!) more room for the tongue. There are copper strips to the edge of the mouth piece to aid salivation. This bit comes with the curb chain and a havana rolled lip strap. Perfect for the show ring. Thanks for looking. Hardly used Myler Toklat 5.5" Pelham bit. Selling as no longer have a need for it. These bits are top of the range and expensive to buy brand new; this bit has only been used a handful of times and is in immaculate condition as you can see from the photos. An excellent bit for a keen horse and encourages a lower head carriage with a forgiving action, allowing plenty of tongue room. The bit also features copper inlays to encourage salivation and acceptance. "Solid curved mouthpiece with 1" port with centre barrel for ISM. Gives lots of tongue room and will not collapse but will roll down onto tongue when horse's head is out in front. Myler Level Two/Three, good for strong, keen horse who tends to put his head out in front."

Toklat Myler bit. Code =D ring with hooks. 42=correctional ported mouth piece. 3=4.5". The correctional ported mouth piece is a great little mouth piece, it allows plenty of room for the tongue, so will help the wearer be comfortable, it is a very flexible mouth piece so will help to stop any lean ing on the bit. The hooks are slots on the cheek pieces, the bridle cheek pieces are put through the top hook/slot, this will hold the mouth piece in place and keep the port off the tongue.
