I am selling a used 5.5" Myler Comfort Snaffle with hooks and a low port. This bit has worked fantastically for my sensitive mare as the low port gives her a little extra room for her tongue and makes it easier for her to swallow. The top hooks enable the bit to stay stable within her mouth, and you can use the bottom hooks to add poll pressure if required for faster work (I don't tend to use these) There is also the option to add a curb chain if required. I have purchased it the next size down and this one is now redundant.

Eggbutt Design: A oval shaped ring with fixed attachment of the mouthpiece. Returns not accepted   Function: Direct action - applies same amount of rein pressure to the mouth. More direct signal than Loose Ring. Will not pull through the mouth or pinch. Usage: Used in English and Western. Hooks are available on Eggbutt Rings. Hooks fix attachment of reins and headstall and allow bit to work like a leverage bit. When reins are pulled upward and backward, mouthpiece rolls downward and backward into the mouth while pulling downward on the poll. Design: Curved mouthpiece with low ported centre barrel. Function: Puts pressure on the corners and tops of the bars and collapses slightly on the lips. Will not pinch bars or tongue. No palate or tongue pressure on most horses. Offers Tongue relief. Each side of the mouthpiece moves independantly. Size: 5.5 Inch

Excellent condition, only used about 5 times but horse prefers Baucher style  Myler. MB33 English Dee with Hooks - Size 4 1/2" The MB33 is the mildest Myler mouthpiece in terms of tongue pressure. The generously wide port allows room for the tongue to pass under the bit and swallow. Because this mouthpiece does not rotate on to the tongue and the port is wide, it applies little to no tongue pressure, working primarily off the bars, lips, chin and poll. This mouthpiece has Independent Side Movement.
