I have gained more confidence lately after learning to tie him up to mount, so that stops him walking backwards and the last time he took me towards the hedge I managed to turn him and drag him back through so really pleased with myself. The bit also seems a lot more comfortable for him. Riding out has returned to be enjoyable again and very rewarding so thanks. This is a medium weight rug that is to small for my new horse. I have personally washed and re prodded this rug. There is no indication of filling on the rug, but remember it being sold as a medium weight when I bought it.   There is lots of life left in this rug, see pictures of wear.   Comes from a smoke free home.

6'6'' Amigo Horseware medium turnout Rug Detachable neck (large) Black with orange trim Good condition, no rips or holes Was professionally cleaned and re proofed last year. Has been in my washer but the rug is so big it didn't clean very well, but it's just a bit of mud. Buckles have a bit of rust on and there is a small rip on the fastener as shown in photo. Lively rug, just too big for my new horse. Thanks for looking:)
