Waterproof outer with fleecey lining, fillet string keeps it in place in windy weather, and it is wrap around design with velcro at the front, either over your legs or under your stirrups. This has only been used once, and then washed in non bio and properly reproofed with paint on reproofer- see pics for how the water just beads right off! As new condition, just a few bits of lint etc from laying on the floor while it dried. Size is 4' 6" this is the size for a 5' 9"- 6' rug wearer aka large pony/ cob size. These sit really well, and are super dry and warm the fleece wicks away any sweat. A real bargain retails at on rideaway!
