Brand new saddle, unfortunately doesn't fit my horse. Ridden in (to try for a saddle fitter) for 5 minutes max, hence lower price.   Saddle measures at 17" seat and stamped Medium.   Beautiful soft leather and very comfortable, just unfortunately not the right fit for my horse.   Comes with saddle cover and can sell a Bucas girth with if needed.   Happy bidding!

This is a beautiful 17" medium Southern Stars Monoflap Event Saddle - only used for for one season so as new and even then used sparingly as I ride mostly in a dressage saddle. Bought directly from Clayton Fredericks and the same saddle as used by Lucinda and Clayton Fredericks.   Designed to give the rider a secure lower leg. The stirrup bars are positioned more forward enabling the rider to be in balance whilst maintaining the horse is on front of the leg.   Was used on my German Warmblood who sadly I no longer have, hence sale. As a used saddle, it show the normal signs that you would expect where the stirrups lay etc. it does have some faint lines across the seat which I have tried to photograph. These are not particularly noticeable and obviously can't be seen when the saddle is in use. This is a great saddle for hacking and jumping.  Low starting bid and no reserve!

Details about   ALBION LEGEND CLOSE CONTACT JUMPING XC

Fab Albion Legend jumping / hunting / xc saddle. Dark havanna, 17.5" NM fit. Accomodates very high withers and is cut to sit around a big shoulder so it doesn't push back. This has been perfect on TB's and lighter WB types, but this fits more towards a medium as Albion are quite generous (4" between the padding inside). Super comfortable and very forward, allows you to get really short in the stirrups and gives a very secure seat. Has been very well looked after, recently checked by saddler. Flocking is good and soft - not at all hard. Has one small mark on cantle, nothing worth worrying about but have to mention. Only selling as new horse needs a 17" max saddle sadly!
