You are bidding on a Wintec Isabell Werth dressage saddle, made by Bates.  It is 17 ½ inches or 44cm.  This saddle is highly adjustable, and made of a lightweight synthetic material with the CAIR® Panel System, making it comfortable for both horse and rider. Comes complete with a white (extra wide) Gullet fitted. Other gullet sizes are available.  The suede effect synthetic finish is easy to care for, and come up beautifully when wiped over with a damp cloth.  The saddle is in excellent condition, and has only been lightly used. I bought it to extend my veteran horse's working life, and found it extremely comfortable for both of us. Bates double grain leather 17" Dressage saddle with Cair. On the end of one of the girth straps there are some dog bite marks. But it does not affect their use as it's on the end that is tucked into the girth sleeve, see photo. It is currently fitted with an x wide (white) Wintec interchangeable gullet. It comes with its own fleece saddle cover. It does have the usual wear marks on the lower pannels from stirrup leathers, see photos. It is the old style Isabell werth design. This really is a beautiful saddle.
