Lovely brown VSD Farrington Saddle 18inch with a Medium Wide Gullet! I absolutely love this saddle but now have a black dressage saddle & no longer use it! Is an absolute armchair of a saddle and was bought brand new 3 years ago! Only signs of wear are where the stirrup leathers have been and across the pommel where there are some marks. There is also a tiny black pen mark on the near side back seat of the saddle which was there when I bought the saddle brand new! English made GP  saddle by Farrington for Derby House. Good quality and sound. Had very little use and is in lovely condition. Nice big knee and thigh blocks. Comfortable and very secure. Measures 18" from stud to centre of cantle. Measures 9" across the dee's. This is a wide fit. Stamped 'M' on the stirrup bar but was professionally widened. Flap measures " from stirrup bar to bottom.  Tree is sound. Girth straps are very sound and solid. Leather is soft and supple throughout. Nicely flocked panels with a good wide gullet. This beautiful saddle is the most comfortable English saddle I have ever sat in! It has a very soft seat really comfy for a bad back and long hours hacking. It puts you in a very nice but not forced position and is very supportive at the knee and cantle, I have used this saddle for jumping also. It has a minor scuff on the cantle but this can hardly be seen and does not impede the saddles performance at all. Please contact me for more info. I bought this saddle new. It has only been   used for a couple of years. Good condition. Attractive design VSD (very slightly dressage). Lovely plump wool flocking. Havana. Very wide fitting- 11 inches D ring to D ring (it was for a wide Arab) I love this saddle but it doesn't fit my current short backed horse so need to sell. It cosy me £900 new from Nathaniel Underwood. I can't find the original receipt but it is stamped Symmonds Saddlery 'Designer' on the flap and was made in Walsall. There are a few girth buckle marks on inner flap as you would expect but this saddle is in very good condition and really attractively styled.

15" Kes GP/ VSD/ WH style pony saddle in brown.  XW - measures approx 10" D-D.  quality leather - Made in England. This saddle is in good used condition.   All sound, only fault is that one of the KES badges is missing this is purely cosmetic.  It is still smart enough for the show ring, we used to use it for working hunter classes. The saddle has a comfy semi deep seat and a fair sized knee roll to keep the little ones happy and on board.  I have used it on our Welsh A but it would be suited to any wide native/ cob type pony.   Recently valued at £385 by my saddler.  I am looking for offers around £250 as surplus to requirements.
