Beautifully fitting in soft English leather. 17" seat and a gullet that be altered by a trained saddler - currently fitted as a narrow/medium. This saddle in in excellent condition and recently checked over by my master saddler. Selling as I only ever ride in a dressage saddle now and this is too good to sit in the tack room.

Was bought for 16.1hh ex-racehorse and never used. It already has deeper panels to allow for the high withers. Horse no longer around so saddle not required. Only sign of wear is bit rust on one dee-ring. Little dent on girth straps as been tried on a few horses in yard. See photos. Between dee-rings 7.5/8 " Comes with Ideal cover. I paid £900.

Sound tree, bars and panels - professional panel work as per photos. Lovely leather suppleness and thickness - some small areas of fading to seat and flaps as shown. Small area of cosmetic stitching on right saddle skirt is present underneath stirrup cover but missing on top as per both photos....skirt still fully intact and not separating in any way and this does not impair the use of the saddle - not visible until inspected closely and not visible at all when being ridden in. Ideal international event saddle 17". This beautiful saddle is so comfortable with it's lovely deep seat & knee rolls & soft leather. As you can see from the pix the saddle is in great condition & only selling as it dosent fit my new horse. The saddle is a wide & measures aprox 9 -9.5" d ring to d ring & is black in colour. The buyer of this saddle will not be disappointed. The saddle has usual marks from stirrup leathers but not bad & has some light scratches on the seat as shown in the picture. But it does not affect the saddle in anyway. Please note the saddle pad & cloth do not come with the saddle.

Ideal event vsd saddle for sale Havana Brown. 17.5" wide fit, 9-9.5" between d's. Used but good condition as has been in storage for just over a year while I've had time out to have a baby. I bought this saddle second hand in very good condition from a friend so history is known and I only used it for one summer. It no longer fits my lad so is now for sale. It has been recently checked over by a reputable saddle fitter and other than a few very minor scuffs on the under side and the usual wear from stirrup leathers and some wear to the lower section of the saddle flaps it's in very nice condition as its been well cared for. All wear shown in photos. Very comfortable smart saddle. Please message me any questions happy for you to view before you buy. Ultra comfortable saddle that I have happily hunted in all day, however I now have 4 Connemara ponies and it is far too long for them, so needs to go ASAP - hence cheap price! I will upload other photos in due course, but all girth straps etc are sound, and whilst the leather has faded in the usual places, there is no damage to it. Happy to send at cost using whatever service the buyer prefers, or collection in person from RG9. I have therefore put the P+P cost at £20 but it will very likely be less! Viewing & trying on horse possible before the end of auction. Also listed elsewhere, so may end auction early
