BLACK INCH SANKEY WORKING HUNTER / GP SADDLE This is a lovely used  saddle, it would be ideal for working hunter classes as it is not to forward cut, it has a good knee roll and a lovely deep secure seat. It is in very good condition for a used saddle although obviously showing the usual signs of wear of a used saddle, all of the stitching, girth straps and tree are sound on this saddle, the pommel and cantle are in very good condition for a used saddle none of the usual scuffing marks, it does have some marking under the saddle flaps from the girth buckles but these cannot be seen when in use (see photo's), it measure 8 inches from D to D, inches from stud to cantle and 4 1/2 inches at the widest point under the pommel, this is a quality saddle with a lot of life left in it Sankey saddles are handcrafted in Scotland by Andy Sankey PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE BIDDING TO BUY NOT TRY THIS SADDLE SO PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTION BEFORE BIDDING, THIS SADDLE WILL BE SENT BY COURIER FULLY TRACKED AND INSURED

I am reluctantly selling my saddle as it does not fit our young pony anymore. It is 3 years old and I have had it from new. Size 16.5 M/W It is in very good condition and has general scuffs that will buff out with cleaning and the usual wear marks from the stirrup leathers. There is a nick in the pommel area please see pic 12 which doesn't effect the saddle in anyway and hardly noticeable. It is very comfortable and you feel very secure in the seat and knee areas due to the nubuck. It is flocked and the panel is even with a lovely wide gullet. There are 3 independent girth straps, the first being a point strap. Please feel free to ask any questions. It will be delivered well packaged by courier within 5 days of payment being received alternatively it can be picked up cash on collection.

Beautifully made working hunter / GP brown pure lambswool numnah. Honestly only used once due to pony going lame with laminitis and then turned away. Shan't use it next year as will be riding western, hence sale. It was made to fit the typical straighter cut VSD, cob gp, working hunter but would fit a normal GP too as still more forward cut than show or dressage shape. This was specially made for me by Morpheus as they normally are half lined but I got it fully lined with a rolled edge at the rear. This looks smashing for showing classes or hunting. You will not be disappointed!!! Fully machine washable. With loops for girths and Velcro loops for straps. To fit 17" to 18" saddles.
