Horseware Rhino Wug Plus turnout. This 6` 3” heavy (370g) charcoal grey/beige rug has been professionally cleaned and reproofed. It has the V front closure system, front leg arches, liner loops for the horseware liner system and a removable hood. The front of the rug has some snags in the outer material (see photo) and there is a 2cm diam hole in the tail flap (see photo). It is in good condition and has had little use. This auction is for a Horseware Rhino pony wug plus turnout rug in black and tan check. It is 4ft 9" with 370g filling. The neck cover is part of the rug. I used this rug for a few weeks only as it was bought for a very hairy pony and she was too hot in it except when weather was really bad. The pony has now moved on to another home so I no longer a rug this size. I buy these turnout rugs now above any other because the combination of fit, price and warmth are unbeatable - I've not found a shape they don't suit and they seem to be fairly indestructible.  I've spent a fortune at the rug wash recently so decided not to send this one as it wasn't used much and only has a few little muddy marks. Still has the 'puffiness' you get with a new rug.

Horseware Rhino Wug Plus Mediumweight Turnout Rug size 7ft 200g fill but can be used with the horseware liner system so can be made thicker if required. I am selling a 100g liner separately which has been used with this rug. The rug is in good used condition but has not been washed so is quite muddy. As shown in the pictures there are a couple of little tears in the outer of the rug. One is very small (less than the size of a 5p coin) the other is slightly bigger but could easily be repaired. It was a very expensive rug when new and has plenty of life left in it yet! It was only used for 1 winter. All buckles, straps, velcro etc are in good condition and fully working. This rug is very lightly used is completely waterproof. A good quality rug with many years of use left in it.  I haven't had it cleaned as I don't think they are ever properly waterproof once they've been washed. There is some mud on it as would be expected, but it is excellent used condition. The Velcro front fastening is as new.

Horseware Rhino Mediumweight Turnout Rug 6'6'' Detatchable Neck Blue Tartan with Cotton Jersey Lining. This super rug is in good used condition, it has been cleaned and reproofed since it was last used.   Surcingle buckles are rather rusty looking but solid.  All straps, clips and buckles are good.  Some of the velcro is a bit hayseedy. The rug doesn't specify its weight but I'd guess it was about 300g+.   It has a cotton jersey lining. There is a very small hole in the exterior of the tail flap which is shown in the last photograph. Also a small hole in the jersey lining of the neck at the seam adjacent to where the velcro joins neck to rug.   There are a couple of spots on the rug where the seam joining the jersey lining to the outer rug has a small gap in the stitching.  However, overall the rug is in great shape and is absolutely fine to use as is. Only for sale as I no longer own the horse that this rug fitted. Having a tack room clear out - please view other items. Thank you.
