lovely clean L reg iveco7.5 tonne horsebox with living area. This box is a fantastic runner.. never fails to start, very reliable genuine box with no hidden nasties. Been very well looked after by us for the 12 months we've owned it, and by the friend we bought it from who had it for 10 years before us, always had repairs/services done with no expense spared, plated until May , full service history. Cut through cab, tilt cab. No skirtings which ad... d unnecessary extra weight to horseboxes. Very high internal ceiling with headroom to spare when my 17.2hh has travelled in it. Travels our 17.2hh and a 14.2hh pony but with another partition added it could take 3 small horses as our Clydesdale takes up two horses spaces due to her length, stood in the herringbone position. Living area includes very funky décor which would suit pony clubber types, has a kitchen unit with sink, hob, fridge (which we have never used so no idea if its any good) 2 wall cupboards and lower cupboards plus drawers. Then a pull down bunk bed, 2 long seating areas which can sleep 2 or 3 people as one pulls out larger, they surround a table which folds away, then 2 large cupboards and the door which goes into the horse area. Also a very spacious tack locker to the left hand side of the lorry, accessed from the outside, including bridle racks, saddle holders, and lots of space for rugs, water carriers, equipment etc. Measurements are bumper to bumper 22 and a half foot long, horse area 8 feet 6 inches long, 8 foot wide, internal floor to ceiling 7 feet 9 inches high. Seats 3 people in the cab, 1 cupboard door is not fixed but it would just take a drill and a few nails to sort that, and I cupboard lock doesn't work, again this is an easy fix job we just haven't got around to, and very small cost to sort out. Reason for sale - this has been a wonderful lorry for us to go showing as a family but we are now moving on to HGV lorries for our large shire and Clydesdale horses. km lots of photos on request.. can be viewed

! ! PLEASE READ THE WHOLE DESCRIPTION, VERY IMPORTANT ! ! This is my much loved Ford iveco horsebox which is sadly no longer needed. It has been standing for 5 months now and as I no longer have any horses it needs to go. It was purchased at the end of December and is a T registration with kilometres on the clock. It has been serviced, looked after and used several times a month up until moving house. I have now moved house, no longer have any horses and therefore no use for the box. It is stalled for 2 big horses (mine were 17.2 and 16.3) and tared for 4.5 tonnes. Last year after plating I got the paperwork to reduce it back down to a 3.5 tonne box with a view to riding a smaller horse, but unfortunately had to give up riding just after that. It is taxed to end September and plated until mid-October . There is a full service history from and I have the garage receipts showing the work that has been done over the years. There is an isolator and the battery was recently changed and is almost much fully charged. During the time the lorry was being used regularly it never once let me down. Always started and was a great little runner. The lorry has a side ramp, internal lights, rubber flooring and matting in the walls. There is rubber matting in the grooms area but no living. The seats at the front are in good condition and it is very easy to drive. Until recently it was turned over and run out every week but I have had some health problems and have discovered today that the vehicle won't start. A local garage has suggested that it just needs the starting motor looked at due to not being used for some months. You MUST bear that in mind if you bid. you will need to be able to collect the lorry on a transporter or else have the necessary skills it get it started! The garage have said it is because it's been standing but I have no mechanical knowledge and so therefore comment in the reason why it isn't starting. With this in mind there is a very low start price and no reserve. I would reiterate that until recently this little horsebox has been loved and cared for and well looked after, it is only due to a change in circumstances and ill health that has been left standing. You are welcome to come and view the vehicle at any time and make your own decision on whether you would like to bid or not. It is sold without any warranty inferred or given. You will also need to be able to pay cash for the vehicle within 3 days of the end of the auction and be able to collect it within that timescale too unless we agree o an alternative arrangement before the auction end.
