This 7.5t N reg non HGV leyland Daf horse box was bought as a bit of a project a couple of years ago, it is taxed for 6 months and plated till end may . It has had a lot of work done to it and most of the usual things that corrode on an older Daf have been replaced, it had the front end rebuilt when I first got it. It passed it's test in May with no advisories. It is stalled for 4, and is 12' by 7' with approx 7' headroom in the horse area. Overall length is approx 30'. Large comfy living area with full oven and fridge, sleeps 3 easily and has internal lights from a leisure battery. Windows have blinds and there are curtains at the cut thru to cab. It has a separate toilet room with loads of coat hooks and storage area. It has hook up for at away shows and has an electric ramp for easy use. It has 2 large external tack lockers. This horse box was towed to this field last year, the only thing i have done is bought it a jockey wheel. The floor is solid although very rusty so i would advise inspection, i doubt the brakes work although i didn't have an issue when towed. Tyres were pumped up to tow last year but ?whether any good after pumping this year.  I dont know what make/year the trailer is...i bought it to practice loading my own horse which was ideal and still is!!  Ramps ok and work, so is side door. I have used bricks to rest trailer on only because its heavy and i bought it like this before i got the jockey wheel. I would like to sell as a whole so not interested in removing parts...the trailer has two ramps, one side door and a frame partition. The back completely closes with two upper half doors which all work. Viewing recommended but please no time wasters, this trailer will need a complete renovation to be used for carrying horses, good 4x4 needed to pull as heavy.

 This horse box has served us well for the last few years, mostly carrying sheep and pigs, though our neighbours had a horse in it once.  It is a bit old and rusty, but still pretty robust.  We've fixed up the floor and back ramp in the last year, and have used it several times since without any problems.  New jockey wheel about 18 months ago. Always feels a bit bumpy when its empty, but great when there's a few animals in the back.  I think you could fit two horses in it if they were friendly.  It has a door at the front with a padlock which is rusted and has never opened for us - I don't think we have the key. Pickup only. There is no buy it now price, I'm just going to let the auction run. Happy bidding!
