Fabulous saddle, bought 18 months ago, re flocked and given a thorough service from my saddler. Saddle hardly used, as no longer have horse. Very comfortable and in very good condition. Stitching all in place, no rips, scratches just normal wear and tear. Sold to me as a medium width and was bought for a medium weight 16.2 warm blood. General purpose but mainly dressage, hacking some show jumping. Incredibly comfortable  I would prefer cash if you are picking up, if not paypal...

Details about   17" ANTILL GENERAL PURPOSE SADDLE

This saddle was used on a 15hh medium width horse.  It has been kept in dry storage since he died a few years ago.  It measures 7 1/2" D ring to D ring.  It's in excellent condition and very comfortable. Details about   Saddle - General Purpose -Ideal - 17"

This lovely comfortable saddle has been kept as new - cleaned after every outing and stored indoors. Regularly checked and re-flocked as necessary. It's only flaw is a slight split right at the end of one of the girth straps (see photograph) but this does not affect the functionality of the strap at all. I have a small piece of duct tape around it to prevent it splitting further and so that I can easily thread it through the girth buckle without further damaging it. The other two straps are in perfect condition as are all three on the other side of the saddle. Although I have said local collection only I would be happy for someone to arrange for it to be collected by courier.

You are looking at a beautiful Albion Selecta saddle with the general purpose saddles. Apparently you can get different shapes ie dressage, jumping to fix on. It is extra wide in brown. This saddle is like new very lightly used only marks are where the stirrup leathers have rubbed.

Puts you in a perfect position for schooling, hacking and jumping- it has been well used and due to the quality German manufacturing and engineering this saddle will last for many years to come. Very secure ride, the INN has a moderately deep seat, large knee rolls, adjustable/removable thigh blocks which can be placed in 2 different positions, flap is forward. Wool flocking. Includes Kiefer cover. Sad sale as doesn't fit new horse:(  Leather has a beautiful grain, increasingly so as it ages, the suede has some marks as you would expect from a used saddle but would clean up nicely. Both sets of leather girth straps all in place and stirrup leather holders/keepers both in place and fully functioning.  A real bargain as new Kieffer saddles retail at £.
