This is a very secure saddle for jumping, staying in balance on difficult horses. It has long girth straps meaning less bulk under leg and hardly any wear to saddle flaps. Flair fitted and in perfect working order, recently checked and altered by saddler.  Generous medium fit I would say, 17.5 inch but not huge length wise.  Great condition, just been siting in my garage as my new horse doesn't fit this saddle.  I have this advertised elsewhere so can be removed.

General Purpose 17 " leather saddle Very comfy Wide saddle. (pic shows width of gullet) This saddle has been checked by a professional saddler and confirmed tree is 100% as it was involved in an accident. Hence the marks on top of pommel and cantle (please see pics). All can be covered by seat saver. Other than that it is in good used condition as it was only 6 months old. Not needed as we got a new one in insurance claim.

Here I have for sale a 17.5 saddle made by m&j saddlery Lichfield. It is a wide measuring 9.5 inches between the d's and 5 inches between the front panels. As illustrated you can see this saddle was for a section d mare most recently, but has been used on a variety of horses over the last 3 years. Last re-stuffed 11 months ago, hasn't been used much since. It is a very comfy saddle, has a good semi deep seet a slightly longer cantle for security over jumps and knee and thigh rolls for maximum security. Cannot fault this saddle, can be used for all disciplines or as an everyday hacking saddle as it's so comfy. For any more pics/info please ask. Very realistically priced so grab a bargain!!

Selling this lovely well preserved saddle on behalf of a friend who no longer has her horse.  But I can honestly say she's looked after this one, One owner from new.  A Dark Brown Fieldhouse City 17 inch I believe medium width, 9 inches from centre of D ring to D ring.  And the Flap from stirrup bar is 15 inches. Lovely deep secure seat and very comfortable as GFS's tend to be.  Soft leather, fabulous tan piping detail front and back.  A real bargain for someone.  She tells me her horse was an arab cross, so fit suitable I would think for this type and thoroughbreds.   There is a small amount of scratches to the cantle from storage as pictured but doesn't detract from this lovely saddle at a great price. And obviously normal wear from where the stirrup leathers have been.   Can collect from WR1 or WR5.  Any questions please are most welcome. This is a good quality saddle which originally cost £800 ten years ago. It is in good condition for it's age, but does have some marks and signs of wear. In particular, there is some damage to the cantle, which can clearly be seen from the photos, but this does not detract from it's usability, and is reflected in the reasonable price.
