Myler D Ring snaffle with hooks 5" Sweet iron moutpiece, hence the "rusty" areas.  The bit is still in excellent condition, it went rusty after it's first use, as it does this as soon as it gets wet. D rings, independent moving sides, roller centre. four copper inlay strips on each side. Very lightly used.  This was our Cross country bit and was very effective as my horse accepted it sweetly and was very happy in it, yet when I needed it, we had brakes aswell! Unfortunately i no longer event, so it is for sale

This is a TOKLAT MYLER pelham bit. =pelham. 04=comfort snaffle low port. 7=5.5". The comfort snaffle low port mouth piece has a barrel in the centre to sit comfortably on the horses tongue, it has a low port to allow a bit (!) more room for the tongue. There are copper strips to the edge of the mouth piece to aid salivation. This bit comes with the curb chain and a havana rolled lip strap. Perfect for the show ring. Thanks for looking. 5" Myler Toklat low port comfort snaffle with D Rings, iv literally just bought this bit and used for one hour in my lesson, although my horse went beautifully into an easy round contact with the low port action her cheek conformation didn't suit the D Ring style, it rubbed her,  her cheeks bones are very large and quite low, im gutted because it ticked all the boxes, it has a great stopping action too, a fab bit for a green strong youngster, with tongue / mouthing issues and a reluctance to accept a consistent contact. As you can see in the pictures its in excellent condition. Grab a bargain starts at 99p RRP £
