Very comfortable versatile dressage saddle in good used condition has a couple of marks but nothing major. Measure from d to d 9 inches beleived to be a medium not a generous inch. Superb 17.5" MW Frank Baines dressage saddle.   This is a super saddle in lovely condition. Here is the blurb about it... " The elegantly designed and styled Capriole Dressage Saddle by Frank Baines is an exceptionally comfortable saddle, made from the worlds finest materials. Oiled full grain solid leathers for the flaps and skirts and a new soft, natural Aniline hide for the seat and pads. The position of the knee block ensures a close and flatter position to support the upper leg aided by long girth straps which are secured in a V formation to help minimize any movement. A wide, softly padded seat provides comfort and excellent balanced support for the rider and a specially designed new panel system allows a closer contact feel. Lovely condition frank baines capriole dressage saddle. I have owned this saddle 4 years and can probably count on my fingers how many times I have used it. Has always been kept for best. Stored in the house so kept warm. Tree and flocking is in great condition panels are very soft and even. Girth straps have been replaced with short ones so you can use your normal girth. This was done by the last owner because she couldnt reach to do the girth but doesnt affect use in any other way. Any questions just ask Will take some photos tomorrow in the light. Lovely comfortable brown leather saddle, stamped 17.5 M (17.5 inch, medium width). Purchased by me new in Nov and has only had light use. Normal marks for stirrup leathers and girth buckles. Has 3 small scuffs on the cantle, I have tried to show these in the last picture, they are hardly noticeable. This saddle has standard length flaps and has been well maintained and kept well stored in a mould free environment. Has been reflocked by a Master Saddler at the beginning of this year the flocking is smooth, soft and lump free. D to D it measures 8.5 to 9 inches as far as I can tell. The serial number is still visible and Frank Baines saddlers will happily answer any technical questions about the saddle. Other than the reflock the saddle has not been altered from new in any way. Super saddle in good condition with general signs of wear. Havana brown, medium/wide fit, 8 inch from D ring to D ring, good condition, girth straps in good condition, fully flocked. Sadly, the saddle is for sale as I have retired my old mare but it was fabulous to ride in for dressage and general purpose riding and even over cross country and show jumping.
