It's a very nice rug and has no rips or snags and all buckles and surcingle's are in tact but it does not have a fillet string. Made by Fal Pro, this is one of the famous Tasker rugs, that I don't think you can get anymore. It's in good secondhand condition, and has been cleaned, although as you can see from the pictures, it's still a bit stained. I'm sure your horse won't mind, though...as long as they're nice and warm, I'm sure they'll be very grateful! 5' 9", and pretty true to size, too.
