For  auction is our very well looked after horse trailer purchase new in . It can transport 2 horses up to 16.2 HH in safety and comfort due to the following professionally made modifications. Extended height centre partition. Padded side wall and centre partition. Aluminium protection plate to bottom of the plywood ramp side door. Hitching mirror. This trailer has a groom changing/tack storage area at the front with 2 saddle racks, 2 bridle hooks and 2 coat hooks and an interior light. It also has a factory fitted hitch lock and a spare wheel that has never been used. It is services and ready to go and is in very good condition. It has a small scratch on the plastic trim near the wheel arch (see photo) that is hard to see and is purely cosmetic. FOR SALE – EQUITREK SPACE TREKA LARGE – Leeds I am selling my wonderful trailer as I am upgrading to a lorry.  This trailer really is the best trailer I have ever towed.  I bought this trailer new directly from Equitrek for a 17.3hh horse that wouldn’t go in trailers but I never had any problems loading him into this due to its large airy feel and rear-facing travel, which is more comfortable and safer for the horses.  It has a totally separate tack room/changing area, which is fitted with two saddle racks, two bridle hooks, two coat hooks and mirror, this room is invaluable for rainy days and saves your car’s interior from “horsey” stuff.  There are two sets of keys, it has a locking hitch and I have original sales documents from Equitrek. The horse faces backwards in transit. The trailer will take two 17.2s. It comes with all the usual bits for a trailer, the living area comprises of two bunks which doubles as a sofa, loo area with look storage cupboards, gas cooker and gas fridge all of which work. This trailer has just had new tyres and is currently away for a full service. Colour coded partitions, and living area equipped with saddle and bridle racks. Very reliable trailer - has been used infrequently but regularly in the two years we have owned it. When we purchased it it had just had the matting on the ramp and at the front of the trailer replaced as they are the most hard wearing areas. The trailer has some signs of wear and tear for its age but these are mostly cosmetic and it is in very good condition overall. There was a small crack at the back caused by me when I accidentally bumped into some farm machinery when reversing into my spot at the yard - this amounted to a small crack in the fibreglass only so was superficial. I have repaired this crack and resprayed the area so it is fully watertight and is as strong as new, but the repair is obviously visible. Apart from this the trailer has no illnesses or injuries!! As it is the 'L' it takes two 17.2hh easily with plenty of space and headroom. The horses travel rear facing so they are less stressed and more comfortable, and the side ramp is easier and safer for loading and unloading. The living area is great for wet or cold show days when you need to get changed!! Only for sale as we are looking to buy a lorry - as previously stated it comes just serviced and with new tyres. REDUCED due to finding a lorry Equitrek show l carries 2 x 17.2 horses i use it for my 16.1 shire x tb and our 13.2 pony used regularly love this box only selling as i need to buy a lorry as my grandaughter is now riding so i need a lorry. It has the window at the front and side of the living tack pack for 2 saddles ect out side. Had it serviced 6 months ago.
