I broke the zip of my competition boots & had to make an emergency purchase as I had nothing to ride in!   These Petrie Superior boots are unfortunately just a bit too short for me (my boots have to be custom made due to my height!)   I absolutely love these boots, the leather is so soft and they are such lovely boots. If they don't find a new home then I will be keeping them for using at home for schooling! The foot size is 6.5, calf width is 35cm, and height to back of knee is 47cm. The boots are a chocolate brown. I had to buy matching spur straps for the one time I used them, so the winning bidder can have those too if they wish! These boots have been worn once and are in immaculate condition. They retail at over £600 so grab yourself a real bargain!!! Vintage black leather riding boots in very good condition. While these boots have been used, they are long and have a very narrow calf. Height is 18 inches from top of the heel. Circumference of opening into each boot is 12.5 inches, so it is not possible to get foot all the way down into boot. Wording inside boots says ‘9 D APB ’. However, the foot size appears to be closer to size 8. Slight mark on the toe of the right boot (see picture). Otherwise, leather in excellent condition. One boot is missing its calf strap. Beautiful pair of boots for display, or – if to worn - would need adapting by putting a zip put down the back.
