Details about   Vintage Eegee Riding Whip/ Crop

Welcome to my auction for this very good, used Vintage Eegee Whip, Riding Crop, measuring just over 25 inches in length. Made from various materials, I think the core is made from hard rubber, which is then covered, the handle with brown leather, the main shaft of woven material. The handle is tipped with a white metal cap, probably steel, and where the handle ends has a hard plastic woven textured collar, which holds the leather wrist loop. The foot of the whip is with the leather strap loop, which is neatly and skillfully held by a strong brown cotton feel thread, hand wound, acting as both a collar and securer for both shaft material, and leather loop. The leather loop is marked in gilt, 'EEGEE WHIP, MADE IN ENGLAND'. The over all condition is very good, some light wear to lower leather, some white paint to wrist strap, and tarnishing to metal cap, but please see the pictures, as it is in good used condition, still tight and tidy, and very good quality.
