Here I have for sale a dark brown English leather saddle. I have only used this saddle twice from previously buying it from a friend, it doesn't fit my growing youngster unfortunately. The saddle measures 9.5 inch d ring to d ring and is a medium fit. It is in very good used condition, it's very supple soft English leather made by Stafford Clark, I must say however it has got a few scuffs here and there as used saddles do, the seat is in very good condition apart from one deep scratch that I have photographed. Brown leather GP saddle, old style, made in Walsall so excellent quality. 17" size, medium fit. Very comfortable to ride in so ideal for a day's hunting or for hacking. A few scratches here and there but overall in good condition and regularly cleaned. Straps and stitching great. See pics for more details. this saddle although lacking a makers mark is a beautifully made quality english leather saddle (which no doubt cost a small fortune back when it was made) it is 17.5 inch in length and approx medium/med-wide fit (8in d to d or about 5.5in between the saddle cushions at the front.) it is showing some signs of its age with a few scuffs and marks on the leather and does have the name dandy faintly marked into the back of the cantle (see picture) but i cannot stress enough the quality this saddle is despite its age - not one for the show ring for obvious reasons, but years and years of useful life left in it - the perfect buy for hacking and use at home.
