Ultimate luxury and comfort! Walsall made Albion Ultima GP saddle.  In very good used condition. Lovely sought after saddles, which put you in a great position and are very secure. Great big knee block. Very comfortable. Good wide and well padded seat. Lovely super broad panels and wide gullet. Very rarely seen secondhand.  Measures just over " from stud to centre of cantle. Measures nearly 9" across the dee's. Stamped ' M' on the sweatflap. Width is a generous Medium.  Flap measures 15" from stirrup bar to bottom.  Tree is sound. The stitching is strong, and girth straps are in good condition. Full grain leather is beautifully soft and supple throughout. Has webbing in place for a point strap to be fitted if necessary. Panels are wool flocked and soft and even. Wide panels provide a large bearing area for improved pressure distribution. Just normal signs of wear and use. No marks or damage. There are a few stretch marks in the seat and slight fading towards the rear of the saddle as shown in the photographs but it is a superbly comfortable saddle and expensive when new. It measures 9" from D ring to D ring.

Brown English made GP  by Barrie Swain. British standard on the stirrup bar and serial number stamped on the plate.  Very comfy. With a full french serge panel with quilting on the sweatflap. Good knee block. Scrumph hide on the seat and knees. Good all round saddle - would look equally neat in the show ring for WH. Measures just over 17" from stud to centre of cantle.  Measures a good 8" across the dee's. This is a nice medium fit. Flap measures 15" from stirrup bar to bottom.  Tree is sound. The stitching is strong and girth straps are sound and solid. Normal signs of  use. Nice wool flocked panels are soft and even. Beautiful leather quality, soft and supple throughout. Has a small repair to the underside of the panel where the serge has worn slightly - not seen or felt in use. Please see pic. Pics really do not do this saddle justice. An absolutely beautiful little black whp saddle, stamped underneath as 15" used by my daughter on her 12.1hh Welsh A. He had a rather straight shoulder so this cut suited him perfectly. my daughter did all PC activities with it and felt very secure as it has generous knee rolls. Made by Prestige Saddlery Walsall, not to be mistaken for Prestige Italian saddles! Prestige Walsall make quality show saddles. No d ring measurements as being a show saddle there are no d rings, but I have taken a photo of the gullet with a tape measure to show. I would say it is a medium wide fit. Our pony was pretty fit, not a barrel when he used this. This is a much admired, quality saddle, not the usual worn out tat. We have cared for it and it is in superb condition without any major scratches marks etc. the girth guards have slightly delaminated that is all...inconsequential. I need to sell this saddle as I have bigger ponies and no room to store everything, so selling for a really good price.
