Hi there, This Saddle was brought Brand new by previous horse owner, as horse has been out of action it has changed shape so saddle is now for sale. It is a Barnsby Omega VSS saddle. Medium Fit, Seat 17.5 inches. It is Black. Leather. Excellent condition, due to not being used. Only reason for sale is that is doesn't fit horse so is being wasted. Stunning 18" medium (standard butet medium - very versatile!) fit Butet dressage saddle. Gold in colour, this saddle is a however is in absolutely immaculate condition for its age ! The only thing to mention is one small scra tch on one knee roll, other than that it is absolutely stunning, and the full calf skin leather is in beautiful condition.  This is the semi deep seat, and a custom made dual flap, so able to use a long girth on it (and able tighten it up easier whilst being in the saddle   ) however loses no closeness of contact and feel thanks to the craftsmanship of the Butet tree. A truly stunning saddle, they RRP new at £ so this represents outstanding value at the great price of £995  As all our saddles, this comes with a 10 day trial as standard (within UK only) to ensure it is perfect for both you and your horse

Details about   Side Saddle 18" brown medium fit

I offer for sale this 18" leather seated English side saddle.  The saddle is a generous medium width fitting. The seat is 13.5" at the widest part and the near side flap length is 17" from the seat seam and just over 13" from the top of the skirt. The saddle does not carry a makers name plate but it is clearly a good quality saddle with a flat style seat and wide heads.  It has what I believe to be a Champion and Wilton style stirrup bar. Sorry, but the leather, iron and balance girth are all missing. As would be expected for a saddle of this age it shows general signs of wear and tear throughout with a few old worm holes and several scuffs, marks and repairs. There is a tear on the skirt which will require repair, some/all of the girth straps will need to be replaced and the heads will need some attention.  Other than a couple of tiny holes the serge lining seems in a reasonable condition. With a little attention this will be a super saddle which will hopefully have years of useful life ahead of it.  This is the last saddle I shall be selling from my small collection for some time. I will accept return of the saddle if it proves unsuitable.
