Brown leather hunting whip with leather lash, the whip is approx 24" long and the lash approx 54" the whip is made in England by Elico. The lash is removable. This is a used item, the whip has only been used once, I have never used the lash but it looks like it may have had a bit of use before I got it, still in good condition. This is a vintage hunt whip with a plaited leather lash. It has a horn handle with criss cross carving underneath. I think the collar is steel -it is not hall marked.  The collar has a small crack which appears to be superficial. It does not affect its integrity. I have tried to show this in the photos.It is wooden not plaited leather like the swaine ones are. It has a few marks and scuffs obviously because of its age and use. The binding is original as far as I'm aware, still in very good condition and is sound. It measures approx 21" along the length of the cane. Mum collected walking sticks and crops and other than the fact she had it for several years I don't know any more about it. Thanks for looking
