It does have hook and loop chest fastening which can be tight on a large chested horse. but this can be sorted with a buckle extension. Used condition!!! In need of a wash. I washed down the outside and is definitely waterproof. No rips or tears. All straps are the rugs own. Does not have leg straps. Even when bought new this rug doesn't have leg straps. Comes with rugs own adjustable fillet tape. Not cheap fillet string. Selling as youngster has out grown it. Going put money towards a new one that fits. Paypal only.   Ruggles 4’3” Medium Weight Combo Turnout Rug     This is an auction for a lovely Ruggles 4’3” medium light combo turnout rug with a 200g fill.   Ruggles specifically make rugs for Shetlands and small ponies and as such, I found these rugs the best fit for my Daughters small Dartmoor pony. Others I tried just seemed to be smaller than the horse equivalent but not scaled down very well in order to fit a pony correctly!   This rug was used for a period last winter but has been professionally cleaned & re proofed.
