I have for sale a navy and red shires 180g turnout rug size 5'6. It has the labels and has only been tried on but sadly I need a 5'9 and that's sold out. I'm selling my 4'0 Shires combo rug, 180g. Navy with red trim. In used condition and has had two professional repairs as shown in the pictures, still waterproof. Just sadly out grown. 6'9 Shires Typhoon Heavy Weight half neck rug. Few surface nicks and one hand repair as shown in picture. Has back leg straps but they are not the original ones to the rug. Haven't washed because I find this often spoils the proofing. Will give a good brush off before posting. Good sound rug with plenty of life left in it.

Quality Shires Typhoon rug in navy with grey contrast. Made of rip-stop denier weatherproof Shire-Tex outer, with 300grammes polyester filling and cotton lining. There is no centre back seam to help prevent leakage and front leg gussets for ease of movement. The cross surcingles fasten through side slits which prevent bunching up of the rug on the horses's belly. One of the surcingles has been replaced, but with a quality belly surcingle from a Musta rug. It also has leg straps and a tail flap. It has been professionally cleaned and still has the cleaning tag attached for proof. There are two professional patches on one side, otherwise the rug is in excellent condition. It measures 5ft 9ins without the leg gussets and stretches out to 6ft.

This is a Shires Stormbreaker lightweight turnout rug (no fill) in size inches). It has 2 buckle fasteners to the front chest,  cross surcingles, leg straps and a tail flap.    It is in very good condition, with no tears or rips. There is a little rust to the metal fasteners (as shown in the photo) and a couple of marks on the lining (also shown in a photo). This rug has been professionally cleaned and reproofed and has since sat in my tack room (in the house) for a few years. I'm now having a major horsey clear out and this rug has to go.
