You may wish to have it done professionally but I no longer have the pony so not worth it for me. All buckles, straps & clips complete & in good order. This is a blue no fill turnout rug in 5'6 it is well worn, it will need new leg straps and a buckle at the the front, there is also a tear in the outer material at the front where the missing buckle strap was torn (I suspect it got caught on something) The cross surcingles are in good order, there are some tears to the lining!
