Thank you A beautiful elegant 19th century French canapé sofa ~ love seat This is a lovely detailed Ornate piece having the Rococo style. It's a great shape frame and seat having been upholstered in a traditional method with springs and filled with horse hair and an hessian underneath. Having elaborate carved frame and legs it will dress any room in your home. The carved Ornate wooden frame is grey and the fabric is beige/cream and a gold pattern. Overall the chair is in excellent condition for its age, it has a natural distressed frame, the fabric is excellent clean condition. The only defect to mention is there has been a repair to one of the rear legs which I've had professionally repaired and is now fully secure. Dimensions: width 143cm x Depth 69cm x seat height 45cm. Fabulous quality antique 19th century desk. Made from solid wood. The top of the desk and the top of the bureau have original beautifully gold tooled oxblood red leather inlay. This desk has 11 drawers: three on the each pedestal, three on the top of the desk, and two on the bureau. Three top drawers of the desk are lockable with the original key. All the drawers have original handles. The small cabinet door on the bureau is beautifully encrusted. The desk splits into four parts for transportation:two pedestals, a top and a bureau.
