Black Leather Dressage Saddle 17.5" Wide Fit Lovely saddle - English made Has three standard length girth straps not the longer ones (but makes it easier to tighten the girth if you are on your own!) The saddle is in good but used condition, there are a few marks/scuffs which I have tried my best to show in the photos: Pic 4 - marks to the seat but not at all noticeable when in the saddle Pic 9 - scuffs to the back of the seat Pic 10 - small white mark on the front of the near side flap The seat has some creasing to it (pic 3) caused by the previous owner storing saddles on top of this one, I have had the saddle checked by two saddlers & the tree is absolutely sound.  The creasing does not affect the ride & it can not be seen when in the seat, I have ridden in this saddle for around two years with no problems at all. inches from D-D approx Medium Wide (my measurements shown in pictures) Black Dressage Saddle for sale. Stamps are unreadable so have shown my own measurements. Made in England by Champion Saddlery with Long Billets. Well used saddle kept in good condition with few blemishes and 2 small breaks in the stitching (please see pictures) one is behind knee roll on right side and the other is bottom right of the left side of the saddle - Both of these are EASILY repaired as it is just where the stitching has become loose and I haven't gotten round to fixing it. Lovely cut back pommel which is great for high withered horses. Width - I have measured the width from D to D which isn't 100% accurate as it can vary between saddles, however 9 inches should be a Medium Wide width saddle. As far as I have found the saddle is in great working order and has many more years use in it. I have no use for it any longer. Please ask any questions regarding the saddle. Thanks

This saddle is in excellent condition for its age, there is slight wearing to the suede though, which is to be expected. It has a lovely deep seat and medium knee rolls. It measures 10 inches from d to d. The widest part of the gullet measures 5 inches. Sad sale as it's a beautiful dressage saddle, just not wide enough for my mare. English made dressage saddle. 18" extra extra wide. Made by Heritage Saddlery. Was originally made for a very wide Irish cob but has most recently been used on my table-top wide Percheron cross. The saddle has quite a deep seat and knee rolls, it is very comfortable. Although it is a second hand saddle it has had an easy life, not seen much use at all over the past couple of years. All seams are intact, d rings on and the flocking is still nice and firm. There are marks on the girth straps where it has been used but nothing serious to compromise the integrity of the straps. Some rubbing marks from stirrup leathers, again nothing that distracts from this lovely saddle. If you do the "Buy it now" option I will enclose the white numnah that has been used with saddle. It is not in photo as it is being washed.

This quality saddle is in excellent condition and shows very little wear. It is comfortable to ride in and puts you in a good position. The leather is stamped with 'Size 4', although I'm not sure what that means! It fitted my fairly wide Warmblood youngster but has also been used briefly and comfortably on a 14.2hh pony!
