This saddle is in excellent condition, it is on only 18 months old.  It has a choice of 4 girth strap positions, changeable gullets and knee roll positions.  It is one of the most comfortable saddles for horse and rider that I have ever had. This saddle is in new condition nearly. Only used for 3 mths. We ride western now. The seat, knee rolls, girth straps are leather. Skirt and flaps synthetic, but excellent quality. This saddle is so comfortable and has large knee and thigh roll that are adjustable. It is fitted with a med/wide gullet and comes complete with original Allen key and instructions. This is a bargain as it's almost new.
