Ideal 17.5" vsd in Brown. Good condition. Used for 6 months, but I've decided to use a synthetic saddle instead. Measures 8.5" d ring to d ring. I used this on my 4 year old arab/tb type. She has average withers with quite wide shoulders for a fine type. It gave good clearance over her withers. Has only 1 buckle guard. Any questions please message me. Made by Ideal for Matin Wilkinson - stamped and badged 'Martin Wilkinson'. Very comfy. " its neatly behind the shoulder fitting especially well on cobs and short coupled Arabs" Measures 18" from stud to centre of cantle.  Measures a good 9" across the dee's. This is a nice wide fit. Flap measures 15" from stirrup bar to bottom.  Tree is sound. The stitching is strong and girth straps are sound and solid. Normal signs of use. Nicely flocked panels. No marks or real signs of wear. Please note the width is not stamped on the stirrup bars but as stated the saddle was checked by a master saddler who has given the width fitting as wide.

I am absolutely gutted that this saddle doesn't fit any of my current ponies as it is extremely comfortable (even when I squeeze myself into it!) and puts the rider in a great position. Would make a great WHP saddle as although there is plenty of knee roll it also accommodates a big shoulder. Has been used on a flat-backed Welsh section B with no withers as well as a Connemara who is a similar shape but now needs an extra wide. Having had a bit of a nightmare with specific courier companies that cannot seem to make the effort to see if anyone is at home, I am happy to send at cost using whichever service the buyer prefers, so will list P+P at £15, but it may well be less. Local collection is also a possibility and I am happy for the purchaser to view the saddle and try it on before the end of the auction. Also listed elsewhere, so may end auction early. I know I would get more money for this saddle if I sold it via my local saddler, but I have a tiny tack room and not enough space for lots of spare saddles!

Sadly my youngster has now well out grown it and I need to move into a wider fit. It is very lightly used and only shows light marks on saddle flaps from the stirrup leathers. Ideal Susannah Brown dressage saddle M+ (MW). Purchased new from TDS in December . I have the receipt. Crown version which is the superior quality. This saddle has been loved and looked after. Always cleaned after use so it is in fantastic condition,stored at home, no scratches or blemishes. Sold with cover. Maintained from purchase by a master saddler, it has never had any tree adjustment and the flocking is soft and even. Sadly my young horse has outgrown this lovely comfortable saddle which offers the rider such security. Check out the Ideal website for more info.
