Details about   16" Saddle Company GP pony saddle

Unfortunately this saddle is surplus to requirements as whilst it fits the pony, it doesn't fit the child it was intended for! It is in extremely good condition and as the photos show is leather with serge panels and synthetic flaps so is the best of all worlds! It has a wide gullet & wide panels to distribute the weight of the rider away from the spine, and is designed to fit awkward-shaped native ponies with broad flat backs & no withers. I do not have space in my tack room for all the saddles that I have found really useful and comfortable so am having a clear-out and getting rid of everything very cheaply! I have listed this item elsewhere so may end the auction early, but I am happy for anyone near to RG9 to view it, or else to try it on. I myself have had a nightmare with various courier companies that claim to not be able to find the house or find anyone at home, so I am happy to send at cost via the buyer's preferred company, in the meantime I will list P+P as £15, but it could well be less

Fantastic saddle that puts you in a great position for all disciplines, I planned on jumping in this saddle (but never got chance) I bought this saddle direct from Saddles direct in new condition. Quality 17.5 brown verona saddle made by the saddle company this is lightweight and comfy it is a extra wide fit but this can be adjusted to fit other horses with a saddle company fitter and also flocked without having to send away (was made for my welsh sec d x tb) this saddle has serge wool panels that are soft and mould to the horses shape the velcro knee rolls can be moved or taken off easily This saddle was bought from new and is in vgc it cost £ and is 3 years old it has had little use and been well looked after. Saddle Company GP 17.5  Brown, Med Wide, 6 in inside gullet, 9in D to D ring, it is on med wide at the moment but these saddles are fully adjustable.This saddle is leather and a suede seat and knee rolls. The saddle is in excellent condition, there is a minor scuff on the leather strip under the cantle, but in no way affects the use of the saddle I am being completely honest, and it is not on the suede part of the cantle and hardly noticeable. I  have tried to photograph it. It has usual stirrup marks. It is a very comfortable saddle to ride in it has surge lining on the base, the stuffing is in perfect condition. This saddle has hardly been used since new. And a few grey hairs underneath ! Only for sale as I no longer have the horse it was used on. UK Mainland only
