Black Leather 17" GP in very good condition. Changeable gullet system, currently fitted with medium wide (blue) gullet Comfortable deep seated leather GP flocked saddle. Uses Wintec or similar gullets changed/fitted exactly the same way. Soft leather padded knee rolls and adjustable leather knee blocks. The girth straps are composed of 2 layers of leather with nylon reinforcement and have virtually no wear. The saddle is in very good condition, there are a few minor minor scuffs on the cantle, but overall great condition. The flocking is soft and even, the saddle has large weight bearing panels.

This is a lovely and comfortable English Leather Saddle. 17.5'' 'Spring Seat'. Stamped Medium width but at 9'' between the d's I would market this as a medium-wide fit. A nice wide spine channel - at least 3'' at the back/narrowest part anf flaring out to 5'' of gullet/wither space at the front.  Nice wide, weight distributing panels. In good used condition - smart enough for competitions - just the normal signs of use being a few small scuffs to cantle, fading from stirrup leathers, few minor marks here and there. Thick supple leather, sound tree, stitching and forged steel stirrup bars and girth straps all in good condition.  Spring tree. Good sized knee rolls and slimline thigh blocks. Girth guards. 48hr tracked and insured courier delivery. Sensible offers invited.

Selling this lovely well preserved saddle on behalf of a friend who no longer has her horse.  But I can honestly say she's looked after this one, One owner from new.  A Dark Brown Fieldhouse City 17 inch I believe medium width, 9 inches from centre of D ring to D ring.  And the Flap from stirrup bar is 15 inches. Lovely deep secure seat and very comfortable as GFS's tend to be.  Soft leather, fabulous tan piping detail front and back.  A real bargain for someone.  She tells me her horse was an arab cross, so fit suitable I would think for this type and thoroughbreds.   There is a small amount of scratches to the cantle from storage as pictured but doesn't detract from this lovely saddle at a great price. And obviously normal wear from where the stirrup leathers have been.   Can collect from WR1 or WR5.  Any questions please are most welcome. I also have to say if you were to take a chance on this saddle, please trust me it's worth every penny of £150 and should be going for £300 at least. Customer to collect by own courier
