17 inch black sabre saddle. Well made and in good condition for it's age. Slight scuff to cantle as seen in pictures. It was sold to me as a medium, but I would actually place it at a medium narrow. Gullet is 3.5 inches internally, it's 8 inches D to D. It was also sold as an event saddle but my legs were a bit long for the rolls so didn't suit me. All flocking is in good condition and it's a comfortable saddle to ride in. Selling as now too narrow for my mare. Paid £200 for it a couple of months ago, am open to offers. Very lovely Black Country saddle for sale. GP style, 17.5" M in Havana coloured leather. VGC. Spring tree, suit a high-withered type. Bought 2 yrs ago for my high-withered TB who I very sadly lost last year. Would probably benefit from re-flocking as had flocking added to replace muscle he had lost while ill. Very comfy, well-cared-for saddle. Sad sale just doesn't fit my other horse and I can't afford to collect saddles! These are very well made saddles from a highly respected saddle-maker and retail at over £ new.

Details about   English Leather GP Saddle 17.5 M Black -

English leather saddle, measures 17.5" seat and stamped on bar as medium width fitting. Measures 9.5" d-d. This saddle is old very well used and only really suitable for breaking in. The seat has some flexion that is only due to age and old webbs, not broken but wouldn't advise to use for much more than breaking purposes. The saddle has some scuffs and cuts in the leather on the pommel, but all of this is not really an issue as cosmetic and doesn't affect it for use.

Gorgeous and very comfy leather GP saddle.  Measure 17.5" Seat & 9" D-D. There are some little scuff marks on the cantle as seen in the pictures, which are cosmetic. There is also a crease across the seat which has been checked by a saddler and they have told me that it is ok. There is also some discolouration underneath the saddle flap, not sure how this has happened but have shown in the photo, it is underneath so cannot been seen when flaps are down. I am selling due to it not fitting my new horse. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need more pictures/measurements.
