It is quite forward cut for a GP so an ideal jumping saddle and has been used on an event horse as it gives you a secure position over a fence.   It measures 6" wide, and 8" D ring to S ring as shown in photos in cm's. Bates GP/Jumping Saddle 17.5” Black Lovely Bates saddle, either a forward cut GP or Jumping saddle on a medium gullet. A light comfortable saddle for horse and rider. It has had regular use and has a few marks to show for it.  There are a few marks on the cantle and there is a bite mark on the right side of the pommel (see picture 6).   The seat is still padded and comfortable, the girth straps are sound and all the leather is all good. 17" MEDIUM STUBBEN JUMP SADDLE. Brown Leather. Leather, including girth straps, are in very good condition. The saddle has recently been re-flocked by Grant Barnes Saddlers of Malmesbury. A few cosmetic marks on the cantle (as seen in photographs), but are minimal. I bought this saddle earlier this year and have evented affiliated in it for the rest of the season. I have never had a horse fall whilst using this saddle. Before I bought the saddle it had one previous owner. Overall, a very smart and comfortable saddle. Only selling due to a larger seat size required.

henri de rivel jumping saddle 17.5 inch medium. Black leather  Used but good condition for age. Measures 7 inch D to D and 4 inch inside the padding at the front.  Has some marks where the leathers sit. One D ring is missing There are some scuffs on the cantle and one front flap is worn. I have taken some photos so you can see:) Still a fantastic saddle and gives great support over a big fence.
